Free delivery on UK Mainland orders over £100 (ex VAT). UK Mainland means England, Wales and Scotland, excluding adjacent islands.

Note that free shipping may not appear until you have confirmed your shipping address.

All deliveries are sent on a next-day service, this means that goods are delivered the day after they’re collected by the courier, e.g. If the goods leave our drop-shipping supplier on Wednesday they will be delivered on Thursday. This is for UK mainland shipments, for international shipments see the information further down this page.

Note that when you pay for a faster service it means that they expedite the processing and production of your order – the delivery is still made using the next-day service once production is completed. 

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

All domestic deliveries are made by courier. When we ship your parcel you’ll receive an email from them with a consignment number for tracking and a 1hr delivery window.

If you need to rearrange delivery then this can all be done via the link in your email.

Products delivered to international destinations (including Europe) may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who’s ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.

If you’re ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please ensure they’re aware that they’ll be responsible for these additional charges.We would advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.

Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is widely recognised as the world’s leading processing standard for textiles made from organic fibres, sets stringent environmental and social criteria for responsible manufacturing right from the harvesting of raw materials to labelling, processing and packaging. This certification assures customers who opt for GOTS-certified products are receiving products that are produced ethically and sustainably.

Our DTG (Direct to Garment) process uses water-based NeoPigment™ inks which are non-hazardous and non-toxic. As a water-free printing system, it’s the most eco-friendly printing solution on the market.

When we ship items to you, we will use the most eco-friendly option available. This will depend on the size of the shipment, but in most cases packages will be in recycled/recyclable boxes or compostable bags. In an effort to reduce the use of plastic, items will not generally be individually wrapped unless you specifically require it.

Our sweaters and tees are made by Stanley/Stella, who are focused on simplicity with a range of products that respect the people that make them, the environment and the end customers. 100% of the cotton used in Stanley/Stella products is organic. Stanley/Stella products will last for a long time and are assembled and finished to perfection.

Our online shop is operated via drop shipping. This means that we cannot offer refunds for anything purchased. However, we will be running a merch swap at the Fieldview Festival main event. Simply bring in your garment to us and you can swap it for a different item of the same type.
